Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy.  Please return within 30 days of receipt.

Please return the item in the same condition received and in its original packaging.

Return postage is covered by the customer.

Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately with your order number and images of the product if there is a problem.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
